A fifty-year-old woman was run over on the evening of Tuesday 18 May by driver of an electric scooter in via Salvatore Pianell in Niguarda. The woman hospitalized in serious condition, intubated, but would not be in danger of life. The 118 health workers transported her to the emergency room of the San Raffaele hospital with an ambulance and a self-medical.

The dynamics of the accident are being examined by local police technicians but it seems that the woman was overwhelmed while, on foot, she crossed the road at an intersection regulated by a traffic light. The man driving the scooter immediately stopped to help her. The accident occurred shortly before 19.30.
