The Football Association has received official approval from its counterparts in Brazil, Argentina and Croatia to attend its three Olympic teams to Cairo to face Egypt’s Olympic team during the FIFA international agenda from 23 to 31 March.
The marketing company, which was to organize the Olympic team’s matches against the three teams in the UAE, decided to transfer the confrontations between the four teams to be held in Egypt.
Amending the date of the Olympic team friendly in March camp
The company decided to set up a mini-course between the four teams, so that Egypt meets its Brazilian counterpart on March 27, while Argentina faces its Croatian counterpart, then Egypt faces its Argentine counterpart on March 30, while Brazil faces its Croatian counterpart.
Shawky Gharib, technical director of the Olympic team, announced the cancellation of the young pharaohs camp in the Emirates after the UAE authorities’ decision to prevent hosting any sporting events for foreign teams inside the country due to the spread of Corona virus.
The four teams, Egypt, Brazil, Argentina and Croatia, are preparing to participate in football competitions at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, due to begin on July 21.
