Galicia will dodge the storms that will affect a large part of Spain this weekend

One weekend of rains and cold air will affect a large part of the national territory this first weekend of June, but among the exceptions to this bad weather situation is Galicia, which will avoid the storm that yesterday gave a truce (especially in Andalusia where highs of more than 30 degrees were reached) and that today it returns to generate instability in many points, mainly with warnings of heavy rains in the Canary Islands, Álava, Burgos, La Rioja or Navarra.

According to State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), daytime cloudiness is expected in general in the Cantabrian, north and east of Castilla y León, Iberian system, upper and middle Ebro, Navarra and Pyrenees, with rainfall and storms, which may be locally strong. On Friday there will be more areas affected by widespread storms such as Castile and Leon, regions of Cantabrian, the Pyrenees, Navarra, The Rioja, west of Aragon, center and south peninsular. In turn, on Saturday cold air will cross the peninsula from southwest to northeast, especially affecting the Balearic Islands with the presence of showers and the northeast of the peninsula.

For its part, in the community, according to data from Meteogalicia, tomorrow, June 4, Galicia will be under the influence of high pressures, with fog banks and some interval of low clouds in the early hours of the day that will give way to a day of slightly cloudy or clear skies. The minimum temperatures will suffer a slight decrease while the maximum ones will experience a slight rise. The wind will blow soft from the north, with moderate intervals especially in the Rías Baixas.
