After a long silence, Vasil Bozhkov finally spoke on the news that The United States is imposing sanctions on him under the Magnitsky Act15 hours after the announcement on the US Treasury Department’s website, the Dubai fugitive with 19 accusations wrote on Facebook:

Bozhkov also promises a press conference at 4 p.m.
