Vaccinations for cancer and hematology patients at the IFO Cancer Institute – Regina Elena also kick off on Monday. In less than 4 weeks it is expected to complete the administration to the people identified by the heads of the clinical units of the Ifo.
“The Ifo are confirmed, also in this battle against the spread of Covid-19, a reference center for ultra-vulnerable patients suffering from oncological and hematological diseases and being treated with immunosuppressive drugs at the Institutes”, said D’Amato.

As explained by the Region’s Covid-19 Crisis Unit from Thursday 4 March reservations will start for extremely vulnerable subjects (identified by the strategic plan of the Ministry of Health) who have not yet been scheduled by the structures where they are in charge.
The reservation can be made on the Lazio Region portal ‘Book Covid vaccine’, the exemption code for pathology and the health card will be required. The booking of vaccines for age groups and from Friday 5th March it will be the turn of the age groups 79 and 78 (born in 1942 and 1943) even those who have their birthday in the solar year. For the reservation only the health card will be required.
