And Mujahid confirmed, once again, that no new or suspected cases of infection with the Corona virus had been detected in all governorates of the Republic, noting that once any infection is suspected, it will be announced immediately, in full transparency according to the international health regulations, and in coordination with the World Health Organization.
“Mujahid” said that the ministry continues to raise the levels of maximum preparedness in all ports and airports at the republic level and follow-up of the situation first-hand regarding the “emerging corona virus”, stressing that all preventive measures are taken to prevent the infiltration of the virus inside the country.
The Ministry of Health and Population calls on the visual, print and audio media and social media users to be very careful in spreading the news and referring to the official sources before trading any news that causes concern and dismay among the citizens.
