One rosary was sent to the singer directly from Rome by Pope Francis, together with a certificate as a congratulation on her singing sixties. The singer received the second rosary from Father Jordan. He was one of the first to confess years ago that they had found her cancer. Then the clergyman blessed the grave and offered prayers.
Just a few closest ones
In the spirit of government regulations, only a few closest ones watched the urn being placed in the grave. Zuzana Kardová (58), former partner of the singer Dan Nekonečný († 52), Eva’s cousin Helena Štefanová (77) or Gottova mother-in-law Blanka Krejčí (68), director of Febiofest Kamil Spáčil (56) with his family and Pilarka’s youngest singing partner Tomáš Ringel (19). “I already said that I wanted to be stored next to Evička once,” he told the daily Aha! touched Kolomazník. He is glad that he is close to his wife. He admitted that he would come here this weekend.

An unexpected meeting
He also appeared in the cemetery in Malvazinky, Prague, yesterday Ondrej Ruml (39). He came to light a candle at the grave of Karel Gott († 80), located just six meters from Evin. “I’m going to buy another candle,” the singer said when he saw Pilara’s grave.

For the third time
Eva Pilarová was originally to be buried in Brno and the offer also came to the cemetery at Vyšehrad in Prague. However, the Kolomazník widower chose Malvazinky – also because Eva’s companion Karel Gott dreams of an eternal dream here and was enchanted by the calm atmosphere here.
A memorial concert for Eva Pilarová and Karel Gott took place in Brno.
