He asked all Ukrainians in the territory where the occupants should pay special attention to safety regulations.

Mines represent a great danger in unemployed territories. And this threat should be treated with full responsibility. This was announced on Saturday 8 October by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

“In the unemployed territories we do not slow down the restoration work for a single day. This is transportation, this is electricity, this is the gas supply, this is the mail, social payments – wherever there is a real opportunity to provide this, we provide, “said the president.

At the same time, he drew attention to the fact that demining of territories cannot be carried out so quickly. Therefore, he asked all Ukrainians in the territory where the invaders were, to be particularly alert to the threat of mines.

“Our explosives experts, our engineers are working hard, but after the occupants a very significant area is contaminated with mines. Please do not ignore the mine warnings, do not visit the closed territory for danger, inform the police, the state emergency service and local authorities about any mines or ammunition discovered that did not explode, “Zelensky said.

Previously in the Sumy region on an enemy mine the car of the JSC Ukrtelecom affiliate was blown up. One person died, three were injured.
