She said during an interview with Al-Arabiya channel that she was nicknamed “Umm Al-Rish” in relation to the groats, explaining that she has been working in this profession for 8 years, and she learned to cook groats from her mother, as she used to cook it and distribute it to the neighbors.

She pointed out that the title of Umm Al-Rish turned into a trademark, pointing out that businessmen from Kuwait offered her 3 years ago to buy the title for one million and 500 thousand riyals, but she refused to sell it.
She added, organic groats are similar only in Al-Qassim, and they are distinguished by being natural, without the addition of oils or many spices, and that their method of preparing them is similar to the method of the first parents.
And she continued: “I don’t have meat or chicken in the grits, and I bet on that.”
