There will be rain showers in more places after noon in Southwest Bulgaria, where they will be accompanied by thunder and will be temporarily intense, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology reported. A light to moderate wind will blow from the east-northeast. The minimum temperatures will be between 8° and 13°, in Sofia – around 10°, the maximum – mostly between 17° and 22°, in Sofia – around 19°. Atmospheric pressure will decrease and will be lower than the average for the month of May.
Over the Black Sea, the cloud cover will be significant, there will be rain showers in places. It will blow to a moderate northerly wind. Maximum temperatures will be 15°-17°. The temperature of the sea water is about 14°. The excitement of the sea will be 2-3 bales.
Cloudiness will be significant over the mountains. There will be precipitation from rain, above about 2500 meters – from snow. In more places, there will be precipitation after noon in the massifs in Southwestern Bulgaria, where they will be temporarily intense and accompanied by thunder. A moderate wind will blow with a western component. The maximum temperature at 1200 meters will be around 13°, at 2000 meters – around 6°.
On Friday, the cloudiness will be significant, from west to east in most of the country there will be rain showers, in places they will be temporarily intense, significant in amount, with thunder. With the wind direction from the northwest, daytime temperatures will drop by 2-3 degrees.
On Saturday, it will remain cloudy, with precipitation, but already weaker, and after noon in most areas it will stop. The wind will again turn from the northeast and will be light.
