Ukraine Shelling: 28 People Killed in Russian-Occupied City, President Zelenskyy Visits Frontline

MOSCOW – At least 28 people were killed in a rocket attack by Ukraine on a restaurant in the Russian-occupied eastern Ukrainian city of Lysyshansk. Russia also reported that 10 people were injured in the attack using the US-made rocket. Ukraine has accused Russia of bombing 16 locations in the Sumy region.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who visited the battle front in the southeast region, presented medals to the soldiers. Zelenskiy arrived in the war zone amid rumors of the removal of Army chief Valery Salusny. It is suggested that the failure to regain the areas invaded by Russia is behind the move against the army chief. There are also reports that Ukraine has informed the US about the transfer of Salusny.
