The nationalization of the Ukrainian company Motor Sich will be a disaster for the country’s economy, economic expert Vsevolod Stepanyuk shared his opinion on the air YouTube-channel “First Cossack”.
Recall that on Wednesday, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree on the nationalization of Motor Sich, which is one of the largest manufacturers of aircraft engines and gas turbine units. At the end of January 2021, Ukraine announced sanctions against the company’s Chinese investors, who bought 56% of the plant’s shares in 2016.
Stepanyuk believes that by its actions, official Kiev has demonstrated to the whole world that it is impossible to invest in Ukraine, since the state takes property without legal reason.
