Ubuntu runs on the Apple M1

Corellium, which she recently published kernel for running Linux on Apple M1 processors, can now run on M1 celé Ubuntu and with a dectop. Of course, everything without HW acceleration so far. Ubuntu for Raspberry Pi is used as rootfs.

USB and DART support (similar to Apple’s IOMMU) has been added to the kernel. Rootfs is just connected from USB. The kernel is then booted in 1TR (the one true recovery OS) mode directly from the Corellium website.
