Two real estates of “Latvijas dželčesas” are being auctioned

The real estate at Krustpils street 5A, Jēkabpilī, LDz will be sold with the starting auction price of 10,284 euros. The property consists of a track master’s house.

On the other hand, the real estate at 48 Mihoelsa street, Daugavpils, will be auctioned again by LDz with the starting price of 287,265 euros. It consists of the administrative building and the engineering construction related to the building – the underground water pipe and the domestic sewage pipe, the land unit, as well as the movable property – 13 air conditioners.

The auction for these two real estates will start today at 1:00 p.m. and will end on May 17 at 1:00 p.m.

At the same time, LDz plans to auction five more real estates, for which you can apply from Friday, April 19.

It is planned to auction real estate at Pasta Street 56, K-1, K-7, K-8, and K-9, Jelgava. The starting price of the auction is 50,906 euros. The property consists of a boiler house with utilities, a hangar storage building, a carpentry shop building with utilities and a concrete shop building.

Real estate at Torņa street 11, Rēzekne, LDz plans to sell with a starting auction price of 42,959 euros. The property consists of a railway police administrative building and a garage.

The real estate “Ozolsala 3”, in Jēkabpils district, is planned to be auctioned with a starting price of 3971 euros. The property consists of the railway station “Ozolsala 3” and an engineering building – a pipeline.
