Two more countries urged their citizens not to travel to Ukraine


Citizens are advised to refrain from traveling to Ukraine, and those who are in the country to urgently leave.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ecuador calls on its citizens to refrain from traveling to Ukraine due to the current situation. This is stated in statement department, circulated on Saturday, February 12.

“In connection with the current situation in Ukraine, the Ecuadorian Foreign Ministry recommends that its citizens refuse to travel to this European state, and those who are already in Ukraine contact the Ecuadorian embassy in Austria, if they have not already done so,” the document says. The Bulgarian Foreign Ministry also urged its citizens not to travel to Ukraine. This is mentioned on site MID.

“Given the deteriorating situation in Ukraine and around it, we call on our compatriots to refrain from any trips to the country. We invite Bulgarian citizens who are on the territory of Ukraine to take measures to leave the country on currently available vehicles,” the ministry noted.
