While making a left turn, the truck driver found himself in front of a grain truck that was overtaking and failed to stop. Upon impact, both vehicles left the roadway and the truck overturned.
The driver and his passenger died on the spot.
The truck driver was tested for alcohol and drugs, both of which were negative.
