UPDATEThe police, fire brigade and Building and Housing Inspectorate conducted an investigation into the foundation of a tower in Rotterdam on Friday evening. Residents of the Willemstoren, at the foot of the Erasmus Bridge in the heart of Rotterdam, thought they felt earthquakes. The area has been cordoned off and residents stood en masse on the street for hours.
