Two elderly people are victims of violent robberies in less than a month in NYC – Telemundo New York (47)

NEW YORK – Over the weekend, authorities reported two separate cases of violent robberies that left two elderly men as victims. In both cases the alleged attackers were young women.

The first, was reported by the authorities on Sunday and it is a violent robbery in Brooklyn where an old man was the victim, and only to steal 15 dollars.

According to the report, this incident occurred on October 29, at about 6:30 am, in front of 993 Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn. A woman allegedly approached the victim, an 80-year-old man, pushed him against a wall and snatched his wallet that had $ 15 in cash.

Fortunately, the victim was not injured.

In this event, the suspect is described as a woman between her 20s and 30s.

The second incident occurred almost a month later. On this occasion, an 85-year-old man was thrown to the ground by a suspect to steal $ 7 from him on Saturday, November 21, in the Bronx.

The victim suffered bruises on his neck and back and was treated at NYC Health & Hospital in critical but stable condition.

The suspect in that case is described as a woman in her 20s to 30s, with short black hair and was last seen wearing a dark blue jacket, a gray cap, black pants and black sneakers.

Both suspects are different and the cases are not related.
