Just one day after the final of the French Open, one of the most important preparatory tournaments for Wimbledon begins on Monday, June 14th.
The “Noventi Open” will take place in Halle in Westphalia until next Sunday, June 20th. On this day, the tournament winner will be determined in the final. The semi-finals will take place on Saturday, June 19. This weekend, 24 players will play in the qualification for six places still open in the individual main field.
The game is played on grass in the OWL-Arena. The Center Court holds 11,500 spectators. From Monday, June 14th to Sunday, June 20th, up to 500 spectators can visit the facility every day.

In singles, 32 players fight for victory in the ATP Tour 500 tournament, the third highest category on the tour after the Grand Slam and Masters tournaments. The winner receives 500 points for the world ranking list, the finalist another 300. The losers of the 1st round go home without points.
A check for 113,785 euros awaits the tournament winner. Whoever loses in the first round can look forward to prize money of 14,650 euros as consolation.
This year, too, numerous top players will be at the start in Halle. The ATP entry list includes Daniil Medvedev (Russia), Stefanos Tsitsipas (Greece), Alexander Zverev, Andrey Rublev (Russia) and lawn king Roger Federer (Switzerland), five players from the top ten of the world rankings.
From a German perspective, along with Zverev, Jan-Lennard Struff and Dominik Koepfer are at the start in Halle via their world rankings. Philipp Kohlschreiber and Daniel Altmaier received a wildcard.
In all rounds, winning two sets decides on progress. The tie-break rule is also used.

Noventi Open: Lawn tournament in Halle live on TV and live stream
