Hundreds of supporters of the incumbent candidate for president of the United States, Donald Trump took to the streets across the country to protest the vote counting process, which is still ongoing.

Most of the demonstrators staged actions in Trump’s party pockets in Phoenix, Arizona, Michigan and Detroit. The vote count recorded Trump losing the electoral vote in the two states.

The pro-Trump group staging a rally in Phoenix is ​​demanding to stop the counting of votes. The demands were submitted after Trump in a speech without evidence, said there was fraud.


Paul Gosar, a Republican senator from Arizona who joined the action. Gosar alleged fraud in the vote counting process.

“We will not allow this election to be stolen. Period !,” Gosar was quoted as saying ABC.

Pro-Trump protesters in Detroit seek their way to the TCF Center, where votes count for the state of Michigan. Protests in Detroit broke out after AP News released news of Biden’s victory there.

Video footage released by local media showed Trump supporters in Detroit gathering outside the arena and inside the TCF Center lobby. The pedemo shouted to stop the vote counting process.

Police officers tried to prevent them from entering the vote counting area.

The nationwide wave of protests saw the arrests of 50 protesters in New York and 11 in Portland after fires and clashes with police.

The Republican supporters’ demonstration broke out after Trump’s electoral vote gap widened with Biden. Although the two sides still have the chance to win 270 electoral votes, Trump’s chances are getting slimmer to win the presidential election.
