How to transfer WhatsApp directly from your Android to your iPhone?
- To ensure the reliability of the transfer process, it is recommended to perform the data transfer using the backup and restore features separately by following their respective instructions. (see instructions). So you can perform the transfer without having to connect two devices to the computer at the same time.

- Step 1 Run Mobitrix WhatsApp Transfer.

Step 1
Run Mobitrix WhatsApp Transfer

Run Mobitrix WhatsApp Transfer on your computer. Select the “Transfer” feature from the toolbar on the left side. The corresponding icon looks like the one below:

Connect your Android / iPhone to the PC

Connect your iPhone / iPad to PC via USB cable.

Unlock your Android / iPhone screen and click Allow / Trust in the pop-up alert.

Start transfer

After setting your iPhone as “Source”, your Android phone as “Destination”. Click Transfer to start the transfer process.
- Before you start transferring from iPhone to Android, you need to log into your WhatsApp account on your iPhone.

Please read the relevant instructions carefully, as shown in the figure below, before proceeding with the transfer, and then click “Continue”.

The developer version of WhatsApp (100% protection of your privacy) will be installed on your Android device. Once the installation is complete, you need to follow the instructions to log into your WhatsApp account and then click “Done” on the screen.

Successful transfer.
- Due to the iOS System Privacy Agreement (Data and Privacy Agreement), we cannot back up WhatsApp data only. Therefore, we would backup all the data on your iPhone, in which the WhatsApp data is included. We recommend that you delete apps, photos, videos, and any other data you no longer use to save backup time.
- For better continuity of the transfer process, it is recommended to perform the data transfer using backup and restore separately following their specific instructions. So you can perform the transfer without having to connect two devices to the computer at the same time.
- Step 1 Run Mobitrix WhatsApp Transfer.
- Step 2 Connect your iPhone to PC, then start the backup.
- Step 3 Connect your Android phone to the PC and then start the restore.

Connect your iPhone to your PC using a USB cable.

Unlock your iPhone screen and click “Trust” in the pop-up window.

Start the backup: Click on the “Backup” button to start the backup.
- Disable your iPhone screen lock.
- Use the cable included in the original packaging to connect your device to the computer.
- Place your device on a level surface while backing up to avoid accidental interruption between your device and the computer.

Read the following instructions carefully and click “Continue” in the pop-up window.

Start the backup.

When the backup process is finished, you will be able to see all the WhatsApp data including pictures, videos, documents, etc. on your computer by clicking on “View”.
- You may need to wait 1 ~ 3 hours during the backup process (depending on the size of the data on your iPhone).
- Place your device on a level surface while backing up to avoid accidental interruption between your device and your computer.
- Due to the iOS system privacy agreement, we cannot back up WhatsApp data only. Therefore, we need to backup all your iPhone data including WhatsApp data. We recommend that you delete any apps, photos or videos that you no longer use to save time for the backup process.

Press the “Restore” button in the toolbar on the left side. The icon to start the restore function looks like the one below:

Connect your Android to the computer.

Connect your Android phone to the computer using a USB cable.

Unlock your Android screen and click Allow in the alert window.

Start restoration

Locate your backup file in the “Restore” list. Right click on the backup file you want to restore and tap “Restore to Phone”, then select the target Android device you want to restore to.
- It is recommended that you turn off the screen lock on your Android phone and try to connect to the computer with the cable provided by the manufacturer.
- Right click to perform “Restore to phone”, or you can directly click a button
at the right end of the backup file. You can then select the target device you want to restore from there. - Click on the WhatsApp Business icon in the restore list that looks like this
