A search conducted on the website of those arrested in that county reveals that Chocolate MC was entered at 1:53 pm the number 2024009154.

While the arrest record does not show the specific charges of which he is accused, only indicating that it was an arrest warrant sent from another county, the source of the aforementioned media stated that the arrest could be related with the kidnapping of his ex-girlfriend, which occurred last week.

“Kidnapping, rape of a woman over 18 years of age, armed robbery, physical assault and theft of property,” said the anonymous source when listing the charges facing the King of Delivery Workers.

The incident took place last Sunday, March 31, when the reggaeton singer allegedly kidnapped the influencer Hany Díaz, known as “La Muñeka” on social networks, who is also his former romantic partner.

The young woman’s current partner, Daniel Martell, known online as “Diosnel El Muñeko” reported what happened, stating that Chocolate MC took the woman against her will aboard his truck.

During that time, the singer shared several videos in which he denied the accusations. In these, La Muñeka appeared having a casual attitude inside the vehicle, pretending that he was not there under threat.

However, the influencer broadcast live from inside a police patrol a few hours later, after the authorities intervened to rescue her.

In that broadcast, the young woman claimed to have been forced to appear in Chocolate MC’s videos, who had taken her cell phone from her.
