Brian Edgar Nababan was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police and named a suspect for the Binomo application. This is what Brian Edgar looked like when he was arrested by the police.
In a photo received by detikcom from the Director of Special Economic Crimes (Dirtipideksus) of the Criminal Investigation Department, Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan, Sunday (3/4/2022), Brian Edgar was seen being arrested by the police. Brian, who was wearing a white sweater, was flanked by three investigators.
“The one in white is Brian,” said Whisnu.
In addition, Brian Edgar was seen in front of a house when he was arrested. A blue suitcase is visible behind Brian Edgar. Whisnu explained that Brian was arrested while he was in Bali.
“He was (arrested) in Bali,” he said.
The figure of Brian Edgar
Previously, the Director General of the Criminal Investigation Department, Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan, revealed that Brian Edgar Nababan graduated from a university in Russia. After graduating from college, Brian Edgar enrolled in the Russian company 404 Group in collaboration specifically with Binomo.
“Brian Edgar Nababan has studied in Russia since 2014 and then in October 2018. Registered at the Russian 404 Group company that has a special collaboration with Binomo,” Whisnu told reporters on Sunday (3/4).
After being accepted to work, Brian Edgar served as Customer Support Platform for Binomo. In his duties, Brian Edgar received complaints from Binomo players, especially those in Indonesia.
“Registering with the Russian 404 Group company that has a special collaboration with Binomo, the suspect was accepted as a Binomo Customer Support Platform in charge of receiving complaints from Binomo players, especially from Binomo players in Indonesia,” said Wishnu.
