The Acatenango Volcano Municipal Regional Park issued a statement on March 8 to announce the new rates to enter the place.

He emphasized that all tourism agencies, guides, national and foreign tourists, are given the most cordial welcome to the Acatenango Volcano Regional Municipal Park, where they are urged to recreate and preserve the flora and fauna of the place.

Likewise, it was made public that as of March 10 of this year, the admission fee was reactivated.

ENTRANCE RATES

The authorized and current rates are:

• Foreign tourist fifty quetzales (Q50.00).
• National tourist twenty-five quetzales (Q25.00).
• Students with ID (Q10.00).
• Acateco visitors enter for free.

When making the corresponding payment, the staff will provide the respective receipt.
