Several neighbors beat a man who was recording the lower part of a woman’s dress with his cell phone who was walking in the streets of downtown Texcoco, in addition to touching her without her consent.
The victim, who was walking on 16 de Septiembre Street, accused a man of touching her buttocks, as well as putting his hand under her dress.
Several passers-by noticed what happened and came to help her while the man asked her forgiveness.
“I had been recording the lady and I groped her,” the passersby reported to the local police who arrived at the site.
The passers-by handed the man over to the officers to be presented to the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM).
Recorded images of the woman were found on the mobile phone of the subject identified as Antonio “N”, 29 years old. He was made available to the Public Ministry for the crime of sexual abuse.
