Police arrested 35-year-old Dobromir, who had barricaded himself in his apartment in the capital’s Lyulin district since Sunday night.
He left the apartment alone to look for cigarettes. Then, his uniformed men handcuffed him.
Before he was caught, Dobromir refused to let his father into his home. The man threw a gas bottle, microwave and other items out the window.
He is a drug addict. Neighbors say he beat his girlfriend, but she denies it.
