Terms for Prohibition of Homecoming Starting May 6, 2021:
1. Prohibited Parties

2. Exceptions
– Those who work or travel on business, such as ASN, BUMN / BUMD employees, Police, TNI, private employees who are equipped with an assignment letter with a wet signature and a wet stamp
– Visit the sick family
– Visit the bereaved of family members
– Pregnant women with one companion
– The interest of giving birth with two companions
– Emergency health services.
3. Vehicle Exclusions
– Vehicles of the leadership of state high institutions
– Operational service vehicles with official license plates, TNI, Polri
– Operational vehicles for toll road officers
– Fire engines, ambulances, hearses
– Cargo cars that do not carry passengers
– Vehicles transporting medicines and medical devices
– vehicles used for emergency health services, pregnant women, or nuclear families
– Vehicles carrying PMI repatriation, Indonesian citizens, and students from abroad as well as the return of people for special reasons by the government to their area of origin according to applicable regulations.
4. Supervision
– Checks at 333 locations such as main access to / from toll roads, non-toll roads, passenger transport terminals, river ports, lakes, and crossings.
5. Sanctions
– Turn around or according to the provisions for public motorized vehicles and individual motorized vehicles.
Tightening Terms Starting April 22, 2021:
– Actors traveling by private vehicle need to pocket a negative result from the RT-PCR test or antigen rapid test whose samples are taken within a maximum period of 1×24 hours before departure or the GeNose C19 test in the rest area.
– Children under 5 years of age are not required to take the RT-PCR or rapid antigen or GeNose C19 test as a condition of travel.
– If the results of the RT-PCR test or rapid test antigen or GeNose C19 are negative but there are symptoms, then the traveler may not continue the journey and must do the RT-PCR test and independent isolation during the waiting time for the results of the examination.
– Tightening land travel with private vehicles is exempted for logistics distribution, work / official travel, sick family visits, grief visits of deceased family members, pregnant women with one companion, birth interests with two companions, and other non-homecoming interests accompanied by a certificate from local village head / lurah.
