Komnas HAM checks Bharada E and the aide or aid de camp (ADC) Inspector General Ferdy Sambo regarding the incident that killed Brigadier Yoshua or Brigadier J. Komnas HAM has collected a number of information.
Bharada E and Adjutant Inspector General Ferdy Sambo are known to be examined separately. Bharada E also did not come along with the other Aides.
Bharada E arrived at the Komnas HAM office on Tuesday (26/7) at 13.25 WIB and finished the examination at 18.22 WIB.

Komnas HAM Commissioner Choirul Anam said the Head of Public Relations Division of the National Police Public Relations Commissioner Ahmad Rhamadhan and a number of officials from the Irwasum Polri escorted Bharada E and other aides to Inspector General Sambo to Komnas HAM. But he confirmed the examination of Bharada E and other aides without the assistance of the Polri official.
“Did he (Karopenmas and Irwasum) who accompanied this party participate in it? Didn’t participate at all,” said Anam at a press conference at Komnas HAM, Jakarta, Tuesday (26/7/2022).
Bharada E Explain about Shooting
Anam says Bharada E explained many things in examination. One of the things explained is about shooting.
“Throughout what we examined, Bharada E explained many things. One of them was about shooting,” said Anam.
