The Council of State has decided: the ranking of medical residents is legitimate and valid. The ministry of the University was right to cancel from the evaluation of the papers the application that was presented incorrectly in the test. Thus ends the long sequence of appeals and from 22 December it will therefore be possible for the doctors who took the test last September to view the ranking and then proceed to the choice of the specialty and the location.

The race against time
For the scrolling of the ranking, which the ministry will have to publish as soon as possible, it will still take a few days, provided that now everything runs smoothly.
