A rapidly developing insidious disease has killed a woman who collapsed in front of the emergency room in Vratsa and died at the hands of resuscitation doctors on the night of January 31. This is shown by autopsy data performed after the exhumation of the body.
Brought in the personal car of the man she lived with, 43-year-old Miglena Sirenyarska agonized in front of her 6-year-old son in early February, while the receptionist demanded documents without calling a doctor.

Miglena’s husband later said that he was sent back to the car to look for her ID card. The on-duty team at that time provided first aid to another woman with acute heart disease, the hospital explained. It was her husband who shot the terrifying video.
When the video was distributed in the media, Miglena Sirenyarska’s relatives were already burying her. They refused an autopsy. However, the Vratsa District Prosecutor’s Office had already launched an investigation
order the body of
the woman to be
exhumed
and transmitted to pathologists.
“According to the conclusion of the forensic doctors, which was given to me, she suffered from the last stage of lung cancer,” the head of the Vratsa hospital, Dr. Petar Keremedchiev, told 24 Chassa.
“Distracted, they even reached the patient’s neck, pathologists found. It is not known if she knew about the disease and was treated. The woman no longer had any chance of survival and died in intensive care. It was just adopted late, too late, “he added.
Rumors that Miglena was ill with cancer had surfaced earlier. At the time, however, they had not yet been confirmed.
One week before her death, the mother of three visited her personal doctor, Dr. Tsvetanka Genkova, due to a cold and fever. She was prescribed an antibiotic to treat and a cough medicine. Her coronavirus test was negative, and Miglena promised to come back to her jeep if she felt the shortness of breath she had complained of.

The doctor was not available for comment on Wednesday.
According to the story of Nikolay Vassilev – the man with whom Miglena lived, a whole week after the visit to the GP she suffered from shortness of breath, and the night before they went to the emergency room, she stopped breathing. “However, she did not seek help and it turned out to be fatal,” said the head of the Vratsa hospital.
The prosecutor’s office requested that several medical examinations be performed on the basis of the histological material seized from the deceased during her autopsy. Experts have not yet provided their conclusions, this is expected to happen in the next few days. The prosecution did not comment until there are official results of the 4 examinations.
