Al-Marsad newspaper: The Ministry of Commerce defamed Sarah Suleiman Saad Al-Fawzan, owner of Al-Darb Al-Awsat Trading Est.
The ministry announced the judicial ruling handed down by the Qassim Court of Appeal convicting it of violating the Anti-Commercial Fraud Law by imposing a fine, confiscating and destroying the seized products, and publishing the ruling in a newspaper at the offender’s expense .
The Ministry invites all consumers to report the businesses and points of sale in violation through the application of a “commercial report” or through the communication center on 1900.
