The top person involved in the PrivatBank case, Vladimir Yatsenko, being in a temporary detention center after his arrest by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, managed to rewrite his shares in five companies to his daughter and common-law wife, journalists of the Slidstvo.Info project reported.

The former deputy head of the board of PrivatBank, Vladimir Yatsenko, after being arrested on February 22 on the same day, rewrote corporate rights in three companies to his common-law wife. This is stated in the material of the project “Investigation.Info”.

In particular, to Evgenia Krivenko, who is registered with Yatsenko at the same address, passed 17.18% (UAH 171.8 thousand) Fintech Band LLC, which together with Universal Bank is developing the Monobank project. About it testify data of the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine in the YouControl analytical system.

In addition, Yatsenko’s share in the companies passed to Krivenko. “Estate City” – 16.28% (488.4 thousand UAH) and ACS Processing – 1.08% (162.36 thousand UAH).

According to the project’s journalists, on February 23, when detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) informed Yatsenko about the suspicion, his daughter Anna passed 100% of the company “Ulyanovka agro” (50 thousand UAH), as well as a share of 90% (32.49 million UAH) in LLC “Mashivka-Agro-Alliance”.

According to Slidstvo.Info, Ulyanivka Agro owns 23 real estate, 500 land plots and 17 cars, Mashivka-Agro-Alliance owns 28 real estate, 2483 land plots and 64 cars.

According to journalists, the companies corresponded on the basis of a notarized power of attorney.

In response to the request of the Slidstvo.Info project, the press service of the NABU replied that the detectives of the National Bureau had not initiated a temporary seizure of this property in advance due to the workload and other priorities.

The NABU also noted that they managed to arrest those assets that directly belonged to Yatsenko. In particular, eight residential buildings, two apartments, 20 land plots, six cars and one ship.

On February 22, according to operational information, Yatsenko planned to leave Ukraine on a private plane in the direction of Vienna, having taken off from the Dnieper. NABU turned to the State Aviation Service, and the plane landed at the Borispol airport, after which the former top manager was detained.

February 23 NABU detectives informed three former top managers of PrivatBank about the suspicion in a waste of more than 136.9 million UAH. According to media reports, we are talking about Alexander Dubilet, Vladimir Yatsenko and Elena Bychikhina.

Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine on the night of February 25 arrested Yatsenko until April 22 inclusive. On the same day he was released on bail of UAH 52.2 million, he is entrusted with a number of obligations, among which – not to communicate with persons determined by the court, to wear an electronic bracelet, to hand over passports.

PrivatBank is the largest commercial bank in Ukraine – was nationalized on 19 December 2016… Ukraine has increased the capitalization of the bank by UAH 155 billion.

Since June 2017, the Prosecutor General’s Office has been investigating the financial institution. According to the investigation, from October 20 to November 22, 2016, before the nationalization, PrivatBank issued loans to 36 legal entities for a period of eight to 10 years at a rate of 10.5% per annum for a total of UAH 126.9 billion. These funds did not stay on the accounts of debtors, but were immediately transferred to repay loans to 193 legal entities. Among these companies is Ukrtatnafta, whose property was thus removed from bail.

Since 2017, Ukraine has been suing the former owners of PrivatBank, who dispute its nationalization… In 2019 the court found it illegal… National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) appealed against this decision… Legal proceedings are ongoing.

December 2017 PrivatBank sues its former owners… The plaintiffs argued that the businessmen withdrew about $ 2 billion from the bank, conducting a series of illegal transactions.

December 19 London Court issued an order for the worldwide seizure of assets Kolomoisky and Bogolyubov and six companies that they allegedly own or control.

The Privat Group belongs to Ukrainian businessmen Igor Kolomoisky, Gennady Bogolyubov and Alexey Martynov.
