Al-Marsad Journal: A consultant in cardiology and arterial catheterization, Dr. Khaled Al-Nimr, revealed the food that the heart loves.
Al-Nimr said in a tweet via his account on the “Twitter” website: “Food that loves the heart:
1- Lots of fruits and vegetables.
2- A little salt.
3- Low in sugar and starch, which means less rice, dates, donuts, honey and pancakes.
He continued: “Refrain from adding sugar to tea and coffee, especially for those suffering from overweight and diabetes.”
