The Taliban brutally executed a child in Afghanistan’s Tahar province on suspicion that his father was part of the Afghan resistance force, ndtv.com reports.
The brutality was reported by Panjshir Observer, an independent media outlet covering the situation in Panjshir and Afghanistan.
“A child executed in Tahar province by Taliban militants after his father was suspected of being in the Resistance. #WarCrimes #Afghanistan,” Panjshir Observer wrote on Twitter.
The incident reflects the Taliban’s crackdown on Afghans, who voted against the clothing measures.
After the siege of Afghanistan, the Taliban tried to present a moderate image of the world in an attempt to gain international trust, but experts say the scenes at Kabul airport are proof that the terrorist group has returned with the same radical and violent thinking.
Violence was an integral part of the Taliban even in their previous term. The so-called transfer of power in Kabul without any bloodshed was nothing more than part of a “good image plan”, Inside Over reported.
