There is no shortage of stars at this year’s Academy Awards. Shortly before the show, another nominated actor joins them.

Two days before the Oscar gala, the star cast for the 93rd Academy Awards is apparently complete.
“Surprise! We’re so excited to welcome Steven to the crew, he rounds off our Oscar line-up, ”said the show producers, headed by director Steven Soderbergh. “No, really, it is,” added the team.
Steven Yeun (37) is another actor on the show stage who is also nominated for an Oscar. The native South Korean has a chance of winning the award for best leading actor with his role in the film “Minari – Where We Put Down Roots”. Presenters Riz Ahmed (“Sound of Metal”) and Viola Davis (“Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom”) are also in the Oscar race.
A total of 18 filmmakers are now helping on Sunday, including Halle Berry, Reese Witherspoon, Harrison Ford, Joaquin Phoenix and Brad Pitt.
In addition to the traditional Dolby Theater in Hollywood, the Los Angeles Union Station building is planned as a stage for the first time in Los Angeles. Due to Corona requirements and the associated travel difficulties, international locations are also planned from which Oscar candidates can be added.
