The reason for PBSI is not a mixed double overhaul like men’s doubles at the Home Tournament

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PBSI Home Tournament will be followed by a mixed dual sector. Unlike in the men’s doubles sector, there are no mixed doubles separated from their regular partners.

PBSI Home Tournament will continue after completing the competition in the men’s doubles sector Pelatnas on June 24-26.

After the men’s doubles are finished, competition between mixed doubles becomes the next agenda in the PBSI Home Tournament. A total of 11 couples will be performing next week.

Unlike the men’s doubles players, Praveen Jordan et al will continue to appear with their permanent partner.

The competition will run more optimally because each player can bring out the best abilities with their respective counterparts.

PBSI has a special reason for not doing a revamp of players in their mixed mixed internal tournaments.

Head of the Development and Achievement Division of PP PBSI, Susy Susanti, assessed that the strength in the mixed dual sector of national training was evenly distributed so that all couples had the opportunity.

“Strength in the mixed doubles is quite evenly distributed, there are still many possibilities that will happen,” Susy said.

Susy also believes the mixed doubles pair of the pratama group has the potential to defeat her seniors on the PBSI Home Tournament.

“For example Teges Satriaji Cahyo Hutomo / Indah Cahya Sari Jamil, does not mean they cannot defeat the more senior ones, maybe,” said Susy again.
