The President created a delegation for negotiations with the Russian Federation

Vladimir Zelensky signed decree No. 211

The delegation included Minister of Justice Denis Malyuska, adviser to the head of the Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak, Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov, and Deputy Foreign Minister Mykola Tochitsky.

President Volodymyr Zelensky formed a delegation to participate in negotiations with the Russian Federation on the preparation and approval of a draft treaty on security guarantees for Ukraine. This is stated in decree No. 211 of 4 April.

Thus, people’s deputy David Arakhamia was appointed head of the delegation.

The delegation also included Minister of Justice Denys Malyuska, adviser to the head of the Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak, Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov, and Deputy Foreign Minister Mykola Tochitsky.

In addition, people’s deputies Andrei Kostin, Dmitry Lubinets and Rustem Umerov were appointed members of the delegation.

The experts of the delegation will be international lawyer Oleksandr Malinovskiy and Ambassador of Ukraine Oleksandr Chaly.

It is noted that the head of the delegation is allowed, in agreement with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, to make changes to the composition of the delegation, as well as to involve in the prescribed manner to ensure the work of the delegation employees of state bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations in agreement with their leaders, scientific advisers and experts.

Recall that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that the condition of his meeting with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin – a complete ceasefire.
