The poodle was almost bitten to death in the attack and had to undergo emergency surgery. The owner of the Staffordshire terrier had a display on his neck.
The public prosecutor’s office subsequently sentenced him to a fine of 400 francs for violating the dog law. He did not take his responsibility seriously, which caused the dog to endanger people or other animals.
