At the airfield of the 40th tactical aviation brigade, stationed in Vasilkov, near Kiev, a military plane collided with a car. As a result of the incident, the driver of the car was injured.

The incident occurred yesterday at night, when the plane was being towed to an aviation parking lot after the completion of the flight shift. As a result of the collision of the aircraft with the car, a fire occurred, which was quickly localized.

“The driver of the car, who was injured, received qualified first aid, the condition is satisfactory, and is under the supervision of doctors,” the command said.

Due to the clash, an official investigation was announced in the military unit. The reasons for the collision of the plane with the car are being established.
