The researchers also did not see the impact of sleep differences between rich and poor people. There is also no difference in the impact of chronic sleep deprivation in people who live from a mediocre life.

Previous research has shown that chronic sleep deprivation can cause health problems, such as high blood pressure, depression, obesity, and diabetes.

When all these conditions are combined with overall stress, a person is at risk of suffering from heart disease, cancer, decreased quality of life to death.
