According to Zelensky, the most important resource of the army is personnel and it needs to be protected.
“People are not just important, but the most important,” he said.
Zelensky noted that reserves are being created so that the defenders have the opportunity to recuperate after hostilities.

The head of state said that he could not disclose the details of the mobilization processes, but the headquarters of the supreme commander-in-chief made the relevant decisions and the commanders are further working on their implementation in their areas.
