To address upon notice police and medical teams were dispatched. Ceylan E. was taken to Seyhan State Hospital by ambulance after the first intervention of the medical teams.
Ceylan E.’s elder brother AE was detained. AE, who was transferred to the courthouse after his procedures, was released on the condition of judicial control by the on duty criminal judge.
