At least two explosions exploded in the Kharkiv region on the evening of 31 October.
At 20:37, an air alert was announced in the region and observers reported that the rockets had taken off from the territory of the Belgorod region.
The first rocket, according to eyewitnesses, did not fly and remained in the Russian Federation.
Subsequently, previously there were two more rockets – explosions were heard both in Kharkov and in the region.
There is no official information at the moment.
