Al-Marsad newspaper: a Kuwaiti court sentenced a Saudi citizen and a Kuwaiti citizen to 7 years in prison, with work and force, on charges of counterfeiting Kuwaiti citizenship.
The court also forced the Saudi citizen to return all seized amounts of salaries and loans obtained after completing the forgery process, according to the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Rai.
Investigations revealed that the Saudi citizen agreed with the Kuwaiti accused to obtain fake Kuwaiti identity documents, claiming to be his son, in exchange for a sum of money.
The Kuwaiti made it easier for the Saudi citizen to obtain a counterfeit civil identity document and passport, then used it to leave the country at the airport port.
