A medical source at Nasser Institute confirmed the death of Dr. Nora Kamal, one of the women injured as a result of the traffic accident that occurred last Wednesday, to a microbus carrying doctors who were going to attend a training at the Doctors Training Institute of the Ministry of Health in Abbasiya.
The source said in statements to Masrawy, that the doctor, Nora Kamal, died on Friday afternoon, adding that “her condition was critical since the accident.”
Dr. Nora Kamal has been in critical condition with intensive care at the Nasser Institute since the accident, as she has suffered from brain hemorrhage, fracture of the pelvis and left thigh, according to the medical report issued by the Nasser Institute.
The accident resulted in the death of 4 people, including two doctors, as well as Dr. Nora Kamal today, as well as the injury of 15 others.
