The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine on Friday, February 11, elected the deputy of the Kiev City Council Vladislav Trubitsyn, suspected of receiving a large bribe, a measure of restraint in the form of detention. About it informed WACS press office.
So, deputy, party member Servant of the peoplesent under arrest for 60 days – until April 9, 2022 – with an alternative bail in the amount of 14.9 million hryvnia.
In the event of a bail, Trubitsyn is obliged to: not leave his place of residence without permission, inform the prosecutor or the court about a change in his place of residence or place of work, not communicate with witnesses, hand over documents for leaving Ukraine, wear an electronic means of control.
In addition, the court placed under arrest until April four more defendants in the case, who are suspected of complicity in the crime, with the possibility of bail. Thus, all defendants in the case are currently in jail.
Recall, the deputy of the Kiev City Council Vladislav Trubitsyn and five other people suspected of receiving illegal benefits in the amount of UAH 1.26 million for assistance in organizing retail trade in the capital.
