Vodafone customers will enjoy this morning complain to unavailable internet. The operator confirmed a moment ago that it is really solving problems in the cable network and that some households are without internet and television. The reason is said to be a server outage, Vodafone is already working on the repair. There are no issues with mobile networks or xDSL.
Updated 12:30 – Vodafone has just announced on social networks that the network should already be operational. “We managed to eliminate the cause of the problem, the services are working again. If the internet does not start up automatically, just restart (switch off and on) the modem,“Writes the operator.
⚠️ Some of our cable internet customers (former UPC network) may have trouble connecting to the internet. The problems were caused by a server outage, and we are now working intensively to resolve the issue. We apologize if this issue concerns you. We will inform you about further developments.
