The British military’s parachute did not open. He fell, broke through the roof of an apartment building, but survived

The incident took place on July 6 in the evening. Inhabitants of Atascadero saw a group of several parachutists in the sky. One of them suddenly began to spin in the air, losing control of the parachute.

Subsequently, he collapsed on a residential building, broke through the roof and ended up in the kitchen. At that moment, no one was at home, so no one was injured, except for the parachutist himself.

By data local police, the paratrooper was conscious when found and had no visible serious injuries, but complained of pain. He was taken to hospital for treatment of moderate injuries. As it turned out later, he was a British military man, notes Stripes… He fell due to the fact that his parachute did not fully open.

The rest of the training group landed safely at their designated landing site.
