The BMW 7 series in the new photos looked really good on him in Palm Springs

BMW presented the new generation of the 7 Series to the American market and, for the occasion, also took a series of new photos.

The new generation of the BMW 7 series recently shone at the international presentation in Palm Springs, USA, during which the head of the brand also spoke about the controversial design of the brand’s flagship models. However, the new series of photos and videos that the automaker took prior to the overseas presentation is more important to us now.

The bold design of the new seven series, in which giant kidneys are complemented by horizontally split headlights, looks surprisingly good in sunny California. After all, you can see it for yourself in the relatively large photo gallery and newly released video.

In terms of technology, we do not learn anything new, but it is worth mentioning that the start of production of the BMW 7 Series took place in Dingolfing as early as July this year. We learned about the first prices not long after the official premiere, but at the time it was just the price of the purely electric i7 motor.

However, the automaker is gradually expanding its engine range and customers can now choose between a pair of plug-in hybrid engines and a six-cylinder diesel engine. It is the 740d xDrive engine with a price of CZK 2,788,500 that opens the offer.

Those who do not want a six-cylinder diesel can choose an in-line six-cylinder petrol engine with plug-in hybrid assistance. The 750e xDrive engine with a combined power of 360 kW and an electric range of around 83-87 km costs from 3,040,700 CZK. The most powerful version of the 760e xDrive with a combined power of 420 kW starts at 3,645,000 CZK.

The purely electric version of the i7 xDrive, which offers a combined power of two electric motors up to 400 kW and a combined range of 590 to 625 km according to WLTP, costs from CZK 3,552,900.
