For security reasons, Sporting and the organization of the game decided not to put up tickets for sale for the friendly match with St. Gilloise, scheduled for next Wednesday.
The lions start their training camp in the Algarve on Monday and, two days later, will face the Belgian team at the Bela Vista Municipal Stadium, in Lagoa.
The venue only has a capacity for 1,000 spectators, so Sporting, fearing a massive ‘race’ for tickets, preferred not to open the doors for the game, which will be televised.
The following day, the match against Villarreal will be held at the Estádio Municipal de Faro and, there, fans will be able to see Rúben Amorim’s team live and in color.
